It’s that time in your life when you have outgrown us as your pediatricians and it’s time for you to start receiving care from an adult medicine doctor. We thank you for trusting us with your health all these years. For many of you, we’ve seen you seen you were little newborns and watched you go through all your different stages in life. It has been our honor to care for you.

Finding a new doctor can be scary and overwhelming. You may not know where to start. We’re here to make this easy for you. Simply put, you just need to call this phone number (808-643-4362) and let the person know that you have are now an adult and need a new adult doctor. They will ask where you live (so they can find a doctor nearest you) and what kind of insurance you have (so have your insurance card ready).

Please be aware that a new patient adult doctor appointment can take up to 1 year! So please don’t wait to make this appointment. Schedule whatever future appointment they have and GO TO THE APPOINTMENT! The worst thing that can happen is that you graduate from us, you never find an adult doctor, and you end up always going to an ER or urgent care whenever you get sick. Having a regular doctor is IMPORTANT, so please don’t ignore this.
