• Our clinic would be privileged to care for your family with the following criteria:

  • Vaccination Policy

    • We respect every family’s choice to vaccinate or not to vaccinate their children. However, our practice strongly believes in the importance of vaccinations for our patients, their families, and our community.

    • It is our clinic’s policy that families vaccinate their children (unless there is a documented medical exemption) according to the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended vaccine schedule.

    • We do not allow omission of any vaccine.

    • We do allow “spacing out” of vaccines no more than 1 month apart.

    • If your child becomes very behind in their vaccines due to not keeping vaccine appointments, we will ask that you find another pediatrician due to not following our vaccine policy.

  • We accept almost all other insurances, but we do not accept Kaiser, Tricare, or mainland insurances. Please see list of accepted insurances below.

  • Once accepted, a new patient registration will be sent to you and an appointment will be scheduled.
